Gone Wild Herbs at the Curve Garden
Gone Wild Herbs & The Herbal Health Bar at the Dalston Curve Garden
This year I have got together with some other herbal minded folk under the banner of The Herbal Health Bar. We launched our first project at the wonderful Dalston Curve Gardenhttp://dalstongarden.org, under the name Gone Wild Herbs. We launched the project at the end of May with a weekend of herb tastings, medicine making demos, herb walks and plant ID, as well as a special visit from story teller Jumana Moon telling herbal tales.
We will continue at the Curve Garden every Thursday from 2nd July for some summer evening herbal explorations: 6.30-8.30pm. Come and join us for more of the same, all activities are free. For more photos and listings for Thursday nights:https://www.facebook.com/events/459154964237752/
Blind Herb Tastings
A blind herb tasting is an experiential way of getting to know a herb. We invite you to smell, taste and try to feel what the herb is doing to you without knowing what it is. We will be doing lots of these on Thursday evenings at the Curve so come and taste a herb to discover its medicinal actions.
