This is the time in your life where we are approaching the menopause. This can happen at different times in women’s lives. You may find that your periods are changing or you are experiencing mood swings and more tiredness. You may still be wanting to try for a baby but these symptoms are making it more difficult for you to conceive. It may coincide with other physical issues occurring such as digestive upset, skin outbreaks, headaches etc.
These are all signs that the hormones are starting to change. However at this stage of your hormonal journey hormones can be regulated.
